To prepare good website using asp.net ,so advice me how to start it?

i want a new website for my company ,should have dynamic pages,flash,login and some programing using asp.net,guide me how to start it,I have some little knowledge about asp and database but knew what I want in my website ,I dont have a time to develop it and look for a profession man whose line is to develop good webisteTo prepare good website using asp.net ,so advice me how to start it?

Make sure it supports ASP %26amp; all this stuff you want for your website.
