Okay im going to do The Master Cleanse advice on how to keep my mind off food no matter what??

i am 15 years old, im 5'3 and i weight 145 lbs, i NEED to lose weight, but im not active because i have asthma and im anemic, but im going to do The Master Cleans and eat nothing but lemon water for 10 days and mostly to cleans my insides becasue i read alot on it. i know people are going to say ';you should not do this'; but im not going to listin. i need to do this


any advice on how to get thorogh results?Okay im going to do The Master Cleanse advice on how to keep my mind off food no matter what??
It is definitely SAFE.





I know someone who does it every six months not to loose weight, but for health purposes. She loves it and doesn't gain any weight afterwards.

I have never heard to the Master Cleanse until just know. I just did a little research on it, and it seems interesting.





If you have your parents okay to do it, then nobody can tell you not to do it. I think if it's something you really want to do then go ahead. Just remember that it's going to be tough and it is essentially a type of fasting.





From what I read, you are not allowed to eat anything at all but the lemon water. So I think by doing just that, and not eating regular food will help you get the best results. If you MUST eat, eat like an apple or something like that.





I have been interested in the cleansing idea as well just for the sake of cleaning my body of all the toxins. I hope it works well for you!!

One thing starving yourself is not goin to work all it will do is make u weak%26amp; you will lose weight wer u dont want it too.


my advice is eat a big breakfest a healthy one, then a medium lunch then a small dinner.


make sure you eat dinner a hour befor you go to bed %26amp; if you get hungry in between meals eat a small healthy snack.


trust me doin that will work!


last summer i was 5'1 %26amp; 137 pounds


by the time school started i was about 115 pounds.












Well I don't care if you're going to listen or not, DON'T DO IT! It's dangerous and can do more harm than good. Just eat healthy.
Speak to your doctor...you're only going to gain 10 pounds once you start eating normal again.
stay busy and keep all food out of sight
you will gain a bunch of weight when you start eating normal again
