Usually washing with soapsuds mixed with hydogen peroxide will take it off.
Also to avoid getting it on: Put petrolum jelly all along the edge of your hairline and on your ears before you color.
Eye Makeup remover will take it off, I use this all the time on my clients. BE CAREFUL next time.
Take some of the left over dye and rub it in to the affected area and take some cloth or towel and wipe away.
