Since u did not specify ur age or weight, I would suggest that you should brisk walk daily for an hour in morning or evening but on a very light stomach along with Yoga in the morning for half an hour and have a learly light dinner of fruits, salad, milk etc Good luckCan you give advice on how to help m lose weight please?

Remember to cut out sugar (desserts) and snacks like cheetos. Drink lots of water. Eat only when you're hungry. And MOVE. Walking is great.
This should NOT be a temporary diet. It should be a change of attitude. Eat when you're hungry, and quit when you're content. It takes 20 minutes to feel the fullness. You don't want to stand up and ever say again, ';Oh I'm so effin full!'; lol

There is no magic pill, there is no way to do in a week what too a year to cause. Now, having said that...
What you need to do is build in more healthy parts of your life and eliminate or reduce the negatives as much as possible. If you must chat on the phone, do it while you're walking around. If you have to go to the store down the street, go for a walk. If you have time, take the stairs instead of the elevator. When you hang out with friends, don't just sit around. People who get bored frequently snack to fill the time, so find something you love to do, throw yourself at it, and get active!

i hate this as whenever i heard it when i was fat i would ignore it...its all about exercise,,,, i hated it at the start..but having lost 37kgs and most importantly keeping it off has made it all worthwhile...
you need to talk to a personal trainer or nutritionist to get a plan personalized for you, but I will give some tips!
first of all,
-if you drink soda, STOP
-buy wheat bread, wheat pasta (some taste gross, some are better than others)
-DO NOT use mayo on sandwiches,
-try to get low fat cheese, or use something like mozarella, pepperjack, jack or swiss cheese
-buy light foods (s.cream, cottage cheese...)
-drink skim milk
-if you need something sweet, try a fruit snack (fat free) or try dark chocoate, it's better for you
-eat every 3-4 hours!
Don't overeat in those meals, just eat small meals about 4-5 times a day
-drinks LOTS of water
-opt out on sugary juices
-Do not go to an all you can eat buffet they are BAD
-try to stay away from canned vegetables (lots of salt) get the frozen kinds
-have fruit and veggies for snacks, try peanut butter on them instead of ranch (P.B has lots of fat, but it is a healthy fat.. have it in moderation) P.butter is YUM on bananas)
try to make little changes in your diet that WILL make you healthier!
as for exercising, join a gym, walk your pets, get a personal trainer, start slow and work your way up, just try to be active, walk up and down the stairs, wear a pedometer and try to keep track of how much you walk...
---if you do not like to workout around other people, then get videos online! go to eBay, try denise austin, 10 minute solutions, kickboxing, the biggest loser!
