Ifs it you, take some tissues, and hold it onto you tooth. Get a good grip and yank. Thats all really. You can deaden it with an ice cude, or if you have deadening cream or whatever. But It doesn't really hurt, so I'd skip that.I have to loose teeth. They are so lose advice on how to pull them out??
Tie a slip knot into a piece of dental floss and open the loop enough to wrap it around your tooth. then take a deep breath and pull. (or have someone else pull for you)
