I NEED GUYS ADVICE!!! how do you tell your bf in a non-nagging way its time to poop or get off the pot?

i have been with this man for about 4 yrs off and on (we didn't break up we just slowly stopped talking bc i was working 1st and he was working 3rds so when i was asleep he was at work and vice versa but no matter what we always get back right back together) and I dont know how to tell him without nagging him fish or cut bait. any advice? Well, it's already been FOUR YEARS for gawds sake ! You didn't just throw away all that time if he wasn't worth it, now would you ? Sit him down, and tell him, look, we need to talk. Do not beat around the bush. Just come out and say whats on your mind. The most direct approach is best here in this situation. If he drags this on, you gotta drop this dude, and find a real man, one that isn't afraid to commit. Four years is a gr8 plenty of time for him to say yes or no. tell him to hurry up. that you have to go to the bathroom or have a laddie problem. that will get him out of there.
