I work at an office (secretary) , and I'm tired of using the company's ';hold greeting';. Any new ones?Some advices on how to properly place customers on hold?
The hold greeting of many-successful firms is one that alerts customers and other callers about available products and services that they (callers) may not know exist within the firm.





This ';on-hold education'; benefits the caller (vital information) and firm (increased revenue).
